Natalia D’Onofrio brings a robust background in law, finance, and real estate, combining deep professional expertise with a strong commitment to community service. She earned her MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics and Corporate Finance from Florida Atlantic University on a full scholarship, graduating cum laude.
Natalia is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit, County, and Family Mediator. She currently serves as a Florida Supreme Court appointed Board Member for the Southeast Division of the Mediator Qualifications and Disciplinary Review Board (MQDRB), which oversees mediator standards and discipline within Florida’s Alternative Dispute Resolution system.
She is also a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP), working under the supervision of a Florida Bar attorney, and is an active member and volunteer with The Florida Bar. She serves on the Florida Registered Paralegal Enrichment Committee and holds the position of Second Vice President of the Paralegal Association of Florida – Palm Beach County Chapter.
Natalia is a Florida Bar Qualified Arbitrator and serves as a neutral in the Florida Bar’s Legal Fee Arbitration Program. She is also on the national roster of Arbitrators for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), available to hear complex securities and financial disputes.
Beyond her legal work, Natalia is a long-standing member and sustainer of The Junior League of the Palm Beaches, which introduced her in 2018 to the Guardian ad Litem (GAL) program. Since then, she has served as a court-appointed GAL for abused and neglected children in Palm Beach County—a role that inspired her to begin writing a series of children’s books currently in development.
Natalia also provides Mobile Notary Public services, primarily supporting attorneys in real estate closings, estate planning, and even the occasional wedding.
She began her professional journey in 2001 as a real estate investor and agent in South Florida. Today, she continues to offer real estate services as part of The Klein Morgan Team at LPT Realty, catering to Family Offices and individual clients looking to buy, sell, or invest.
When she's not working or volunteering, Natalia enjoys studying cryptography and quantum computing, writing fiction, working out, and preparing healthy gourmet meals.
